We’ll start with an overview of the bike, helping you understand the function of each part so you’re comfortable and familiar with your new ride. This includes adjusting seat height, handlebar positioning, and gear settings. -
Getting On and Off with Confidence
Practice balance, mount, and dismount techniques to get on and off the bike easily. We’ll help you gain confidence in your starting and stopping, focusing on foot positioning and gentle braking. -
Pedaling Basics and Balance Exercises
Building balance is critical to cycling. We’ll guide you through low-speed balance exercises and controlled pedaling to gain stability. By the end of these exercises, you’ll be able to pedal confidently in a straight line. -
Braking Techniques and Safety Tips
